ANOTHER BRICK IN THE WALL

A developed physique can be likened to a sturdy brick wall.

Every solid hour of The Method = a new brick.

Our bricks should be laid in a rather quick succession, lest our mortar weaken if too much time elapses between our attempts at masonry.

The truth is, the wall will never be complete, thus the goal is toward uniformity, perfection of application, and constant building!

We are all works-in-progress, that need constant attention, tinkering, and improving.

Oh, and I would finish your meat, but maybe lay off of the pudding.
