In fact, the later the hour, the more critical the need, so just dive in.
Don’t think about it too much.
Although some pessimistic thoughts may loom, they can be easily shaken after you have taken the plunge.
Dive in, head-first and submerge yourself. Dive deeply and you will emerge refreshed, restored, and revitalized.
The initial physical shock will wear-off quite quickly, if you give it a chance.
It shouldn’t be too hard to stay afloat, so resist the temptation to jump back out.
