“But I just don’t feel like working out today!”
It’s the best thing you can do for yourself.
“I’m too busy!”
Oh, you’ll get to it tomorrow?
“What’s wrong with that?”
Other than depriving yourself of a more-fulfilled today, it’s a very bad habit, this art of procrastination.
“But I can’t exercise every day, can I?”
Why not? Unless one stresses their body needlessly, every day is another opportunity to achieve increased physical health. Obviously, we must listen to our bodies if there are physical complaints.
By the same logic, we must, usually, ignore our minds, especially when combatting negative thoughts toward exercise.
Just say “Oh, yes!!”
