It’s true, though. Even enlightened individuals make such lame attempts to de-intensify their workout…..that they PAY FOR! What can be more incongruous?

Look, I know (more than most) that exercising is a big challenge to get through sometimes. (Good for you for even showing up!) But, in the end, we must all accept the responsibility for our individual health.

Not really. The Method is actually, specifically designed to provide an ever-ascending physical journey. One can only advance by degrees (if trained properly).
