Just wait until your brain realizes that, actually, there aren’t; your body will have realized it long before.

“But I never feel like it…..today, or any other Day.”

There really is never the right one Day. Why wait for something that doesn’t exist?

 “Why do people waste time every Day?”

In general? They are afraid of failure. This is because we are all wired to reject failure from an early age. Thus, we tend to avoid challenges, unless life threatening.

Exercise is not pass/fail people! It is cumulative! Exponential! If practiced Daily.
