Look, there is never going to be a “right” time to begin an exercise program.
There will never be a specific moment in the day that will “call to you”.
Have the discipline to make yourself take advantage of the moment and the “now”!
Remind yourself that your time here is rather limited. Don’t wait until the last minute to take advantage of your options.
But, also remember, if you are breathing and have a coherent thought in your head, you can still apply some gentle discipline.
