And why not? It’s best not to run off all willy-nilly.
Plan the work, and work the plan as my Dad used to tell me…..and tell me…..and tell me…..
But, in the end it all rings true.
Your Pilates routine is pretty much the same. Heck, it’s even divided into skill levels with a particular (mostly) order…..the work has already been planned out for you.
Working those plans can be quite the challenge, however.
But, if you think clearly through each exercise, with an extreme attention to detail, the thought process will guide the physical process.
So think about it won’t you?
